Forest Kingdom
A children's paradise full of fun! This is the Kingdom of the Forest in Lipno. Here you will find dozens of attractions, the Kingdom of Animals, creative workshops and many other play elements. Some of them have been tailor-made for this beautiful corner of the Šumava countryside. You will spend hours of fun here, which is designed for all generations. We have a long-standing cooperation with the South Bohemian Zoo in Hluboká nad Vltavou, which takes care of injured and handicapped animals in its Hluboká Zoo Rescue Station. This is also where the animals in our Animal Kingdom come from.

Hi guys and girls, dear parents, My name is Fox and I am the mascot of this beautiful area in Lipno nad Vltavou. During your visit you can meet me not only in Camping Lipno Modřín, but also in the Kingdom of the Forest or on the Treetop Trail. During the whole week we will have a lot of fun together during the animations in Camping Lipno Modřín and I am already looking forward to you!
Nature trail to the sheepfold
Follow the footsteps of the history of Lipno, recall the ancient lives of local settlers, discover the fauna and flora native to the area and learn about the unique location of the Šumava countryside. Many interactive elements await you and your children along the way, so no one will be bored. The trail is 2.7 km long, starting at the exit of the Lipno Express cable car and finishing at the boarding point of the Promenádní cable car. You will be guided along our trail by a sheep, which you will be able to see with your own eyes.
Downhill scooters
Riding a scooter combines the best of riding a bike, running and walking. Join us on well-maintained paved roads and forest paths, see the Lake Lipno surroundings from a different angle and stretch your and your family members‘ muscles at the same time.
Lipno chair lifts
A number of chair-lifts ensure the visitors‘ comfort during the summer. Both hikers and bikers are welcome to use these chair-lifts to comfortably reach their favourite places and trails. The Jezerní chair-lift is the main means of transport to the Lipno Treetop Walk. The way up is an exciting experience for children and adults alike. The way down will provide you with amazing views of Lake Lipno and the ski slope. Hikers and Flow Trail and Bikepark visitors will appreciate the Promenádní chair-lift which will take them back up to the starting point of both trails.
Rope park Lipno
The Rope Adventure Park is located within the convenient and pleasant area of the central parking lot. It offers a relaxing, albeit slightly adrenaline-filled activity that will add special memories to your holiday in Lipno.
Lipno Bikepark
Banked turns, terrain waves, natural jumps and wooden bridges – that’s the new Lipno Bikepark. Two trails with different levels of difficulty make up a 3 km long adventure ride on a full suspension bike that is fun for beginners and experienced riders alike! The four-seater Promenádní chair-lift provides bikers with convenient means of transport. All necessary equipment can be rented from the Bikepark rental by the central parking lot.
Boat rental
Lake Lipno is ideal for boating. The INTERSPORT Rent Kapitanát rental store offers several romantic boating trip options. You can choose from electric boats, motorboats or small sailing boats. And the best thing about these boats? You can be the captain without any licence!
Bike rental
The INTERSPORT Rent sports equipment rental shops stock many types of bikes. Here you’ll find trekking bikes and mountain bikes for trips around the lake, electric bikes for comfortable rides, full suspension bikes and fatbikes for the Flow Trail, and even special downhill bikes suitable for the Bikepark. You can also rent scooters, inline skates, bike trailers for kids and other accessories and equipment.
Aquaworl Lipno
For all the rainy days and other times when you’d welcome some water based fun, there is Aquaworld Lipno. All kinds of amphibians are sure to thrive here, whether they be looking for relaxation or adventure!
